Kickboxing & Boxing
Natalia started kickboxing at the age of 16. She is a black-belt and a former member of the german and the US national team in kickboxing (WAKO and WKC). Her biggest achievements are: German Champion, US Open winner, silver and bronze medals at the World Championships and a number of national and international titles.
If you would like to add boxing or kickboxing to your fitness routine, Natalia is the right person to teach you the skills.
Nutrition 80, Training 20 - yes, that is right! Natalia believes that nutrition and our everyday habits are as important as the training itself. What to eat to loose weight? What to do to build muscles? What is right or wrong in a world full of miracle diets? Natalias answer is: it is just as induvidual as the training plan.
